Karen A. Rybicki, 61, of Upton, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016 at the Milford Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. She was the wife of Gary W. Rybicki of 37 years.
Born in Milford, she was the daughter of the late Maxwell and Gladys (Newton) Forss. She was raised and educated in Westborough and was a graduate of Westborough High School.
Karen was the former owner of Blackstone Valley Ceramics and was a former Scout Master in Hopkinton.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two children, Captain Keith A. Rybicki, USAF and his wife, Bethzaida, of Upton; one daughter, Christina M. Lacerra and her husband, Scott, of Upton; one sister, Tina Carvalho and her husband, Dan, and their two children Emily and James of NY; one brother, Robert Forss of Fiskdale and three grandchildren, Alondra Rybicki, Joshua Lacerra and Nicholas Lacerra.
A private graveside funeral service will be held in Pine Grove Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
