NOTICE FROM THE TOWN OF UPTON
Please be advised that the Department of Public Works will be applying a rubber chip seal over the newly paved road surface on Crockett Road and the Municipal Playground Parking adjacent to the VFW at 15 Milford Street. The work will require a temporary closing of both Crockett Road and the Playground Parking lot. Weather permitting, the scheduled closing for Crockett Road is August 8, 2016 at 9:00 A.M. to around 2:00 P.M. The closing time for the Playground Parking lot will be from 9:00 A.M. until approximately 6:00 P.M. that same day. Crockett Road will remain open for emergency vehicles.
As always, emergency services and safety are our top priority. Police, Fire and EMS services are aware of the construction and will respond accordingly if needed.
