Village Center ByLaw Withdrawn For Now

The Upton Planning Board decided to withdraw the article proposing the Village Center Zoning Bylaw. The Board originally planned for a vote on the bylaw at the Special Town Meeting scheduled for November 15.  According to Selectman Gary Daugherty the planning board hopes to have the bylaw ready to present to the townspeople at the annual town meeting in May 2017.  The planning board will continue to discuss details regarding the proposed bylaw at upcoming meetings.
