The Board of Selectmen announces its Neighbor to Neighbor assistance program to help town residents who are in need due to the negative social and economic effects caused by COVID-19.

Neighbor to Neighbor is a confidential program administered by the Upton Senior Center staff that provides resources and necessary funds over a wide range of needs including wellness calls, grocery and prescription delivery, and assistance with housing, food, utilities, and medical expenses for individuals and their families who live in Upton.

Residents speak with trained resource specialists who can connect them with a wide array of social services, such as emotional health or medical referrals, as well as provide information about programs at the local, state, or federal level.
