If you have not checked out the Tabata class that has been running at Rebecca’s Place 4 Fitness yet, come on down this Tuesday evening at 6pm for some fun and calorie burning! This class will be extra beneficial if you over indulged the past few days!
Tabata’s are intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.for 8 rounds. The method of training has been shown to improve endurance, strength and fat loss. All fitness levels welcome.
The class is taught by Upton resident Christine Silvestri. Christine is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist and MMA Conditioning Specialist. She also holds certifications in Tabata Bootcamp, Boxing Fitness, and Exercise Nutrition.
The last class of the session will be held at Rebecca’s Place 4 Fitness, 3 Farm Street Upton. The class is $10 cash or check payable at the door.
