Upton Man to celebrate 100th birthday on August 5

Ray Smith If you sat down and spoke with Raymond Smith you’d never guess he will be turning 100 on Wednesday. Ray was born on August 5, 1915 and is lifelong resident of Upton who currently resides at Whitcome House in Milford. Moore Files Bill Making ‘Upskirting’ Illegal

Senator Michael O. Moore (D-Millbury) is filing legislation to make “upskirting,” the practice of secretly photographing under a woman’s skirt, illegal. The bill comes following a ruling on March 5th by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) that the practice did not violate state law.
